1. General
Radio Tour is a competition Festival open to all: singers / Interpreters / emerging groups or professionals and / or musicians from all over the world. Children under 18 may participate if a parent or an authorized representative of the band / artist who has passed the ? 18 years old at the time of ? registration. The songs must be original . Participants retain all rights to all work submitted for the contest . Registration for the competition are open from August 30, 2010 December 31, 2010 and is organized by FR MULTISERVICE via S. 2. Registration information
a) Categories , category winners , evaluation criteria and prizes
The competition has seven categories and winners are judged on composition and melody :
1- Pop Pop
2-Blues/Jazz : Blues , Jazz .
3- Acoustic : Folk, Country
4- Hip Hop / R & B: Hip - Hop , Rap , R & B
5- Rock Rock
6- Electronic : Electronic, Dance.
7- World : Funk , Latin , Reggae , Soul , etc. .
For all categories , the maximum duration of each song should not exceed 4 minutes .
The records must have a quality recording " Professional " enough, and all songs will receive the same consideration . Songs can be sung in any language because the competition is international.
Classification , evaluation and placement of each category will be made as follows :
FIRST STEP
Findings of the Radio Technical Commission Tour Festival, judged on composition and melody.
The top 5 winners in each category for a total of 35 songs through the round and the semi-finals .
SECOND PHASE
Findings radio stations and listeners . judged by the impact rating and radio .
The first 3 winners of each category for a total of 21 songs pass the turn and entering the finals and will be included in a compilation CD .
STEP THREE
Findings of an independent jury composed of professionals and music
judged on voice, intonation, melody, composition and arrangement.
The 3 winners will be chosen by an independent jury composed of professionals in the music industry , music critics and responsible media and will be awarded as follows :

There will be other prizes will be announced later and updated on the site.
The Radio Festival Tour will support the shipping cost of premiums, if necessary, but shall not be liable for any delays , damage or non-delivery of prizes delivered via postal services. CDs and lyrics will not be returned . Prizes will be sent within a reasonable time after the results were published on the site and notified the winners. The Radio Festival Tour can not be held liable for any delivery delays or problems caused by circumstances beyond their control. 3. The registration fee
The registration fee is 40 euros for each song. Every band / artist can submit up to 5
songs from a maximum of 4 minutes . Each song can be entered in a category , song
several may be placed in the same category. The registration fee is not refundable.
4. Entries
To register and participate in the contest you must fill out the registration form and release into

5. Notification of results to the winners
The 35 semifinalists that the top 5 in each category will be notified of their winnings after 15 January 2011 . From February to May 2011, all 35 songs from all semi-finalists will be programmed radio partner of the competition at times that every radio station sees fit unquestionable. Artists three winners in each category , ie 21 songs finalists will be notified of their winnings after 15 June 2011 . All winners will be notified via email to the email address they have provided, or by phone. For works that will be included on the CD compilation of the authors and publishers must sign and return an affidavit stating that the / winning songs included on the CD are original and he / she owns the rights to the song , within 10 ( ten) days of date of notification. The deposition will determine the winner included in the compilation CD holds all the copyrights for music and words that their work is original. Failure affidavit signed and returned within 10 ( ten) days, or provide false or inaccurate information will result in immediate disqualification and another winner will be selected. For the winners below eighteen (18) years, the declaration must be countersigned by the winner's parent or legal guardian. All contestants authorize the Radio Festival Tour to use their names, voices and likeness for advertising the competition in the future and publicity purposes without additional compensation . The names of participants , photos , videos and voices will not be used outside of the competition. The list of winners in the various stages will be displayed on the website of Radio Tour Festival.
6. Tour Summer / Winter
In June 2011 the Directorate of Radio Tour Festival at the sole discretion will select 20 / 30 artists competing for inclusion in a cast of artists for a possible tour in the Italian squares , theaters and rooms intended for live performance .
The artistic director has decided to enter this stage a live audition for the show set up for the tour, which is then communicated to the competitors selected and invited to participate.
Guided tour of the Radio Festival is open to all those deemed valid by the organizational direction . The stages will be announced at www.radiotourfestival.it . The Radio Festival Tour arrives in the city , its technical equipment, a village stands, with cameras that special mandates on local and national television broadcasters .

- All artists , record companies and record labels , received official notification of participation in stages of RADIO FESTIVAL TOUR 2011, will not withdraw for any reason either before or during the course of them , or face exclusion from the same competition .
- The production and the organization reserves the right to compensation .
- All the artists during their performances can not assume: movements or attitudes contrary to morality ; wear clothing and hairstyles in violation of laws or rights of third parties also .
- Artists can not pronounce sentences, make gestures , wearing apparel , using objects with references also indirect advertising or promotion.
- Both during rehearsals and during the evening show will be allowed in Back Stage area for any one agent or agency management, while all the attendants to follow can only access limited and if authorized by the organization and carry - Pass production.
- Any dispute concerning the interpretation and enforcement of this regulation will be referred to appropriate recourse to an appeal from the Arbitration Committee within a period of three days from the time when the contested measure was brought to the party. - The appeal must be filed within the period referred to above, subject to revocation , at the Headquarters .

- During the period of validity of this regulation, the organization has right to make additions and changes to requirements and functional .
